Karl Lagerfeld delivers his most creative shoot with his current muse Baptiste Giabiconi in the October 2009 issue of Elle Italia. Unlike the Wallpaper* shoot with the full frontal, Baptiste gets a fake nudity here with his body as a mannequin. The female model is Ikeliene Stange, and the fashion pieces are just insane. The editorial, which is entitled ‘Movimento Surrealista,’ is not your typical Lagerfeld editorial, and I like it this way.
